The non-stick surface of this pan is absolutely wonderful. My sister has a wall oven, but uses this pan to bake cookies also, and it does a wonderful job. She said that it has become her favorite baking pan, and biscuits brown perfectly on this pan as well. A great value for the cost and a great find.

I am very very impressed with the sturdiness of the pan. It's a good thick metal with a finish that is very smooth. The food doesn't stick to it and fits my dishwasher which is a big plus.

I don't have an Empava oven, but thought it'd be nice to have a broiling pan on hand anyway; so I decided to get it anyway. Despite not being able to install the pan with the slotted sides, I still found the pan to work really well. I used it on a sous vide tri tip roast for the first time and had really nice results. Clean up was a breeze also! Really looking forward to using this more in the future!

I sometimes like a good, broiled steak over the pan-fried variety. Not to mention some mini meatloaves, hamburger steaks, grilled fish and other seafood. Some baking pans I use will warp when subjected to high heat, this seems to hold up well. It's mostly nonstick. I made a rising crust pizza where I could adjust the oven to rise then kick on the broiler to brown the cheese and toppings.My oven is larger than this, so it won't slide the sides, but it rests on top of the wire rack just fine. Heat transfer is good when I made the pizza, I preheated the oven and put this on top of a pizza stone. That enabled to crisp the crust at the same time I browned the cheese after the dough had risen and I switched to broil. I broiled a couple steaks and put them in the middle to minimize splatter. I got a nice crispy outside and the inside a perfect medium. I was able to not use any oil like with pan frying and it didn't burn or stick to the pan.Cleaning after the steaks was as easy as my wok. I ran hot water and a little soap and wiped the surfaces with a soft brush. It came up looking like new. I haven't tried it yet but the main purpose I got this for was to make one of those large chickens where you break apart the sections and lay them flat with seasoning and a rub on each piece. I tried doing in a large ceramic cake pan but it didn't come put as well as the sides hindered the cooking somewhat. I believe this is the perfect pan for that, and I can risk higher temperatures to crisp the skin prior to finishing. Recommended.

Our Whirlpool oven came without a broiling pan and I didn't even realize it until I wanting to make something that required it to catch juices. This pan is a great size for most ovens; measure yours before ordering. It cleans easily and is very sturdy. I believe it will last a long time because it is well made. I don't hesitate a bit in recommending it.
