This stove was dented in several places with one huge dent in the back and a couple of smaller ones on the top and sides the clock timer part of it is a push button setup which stuck in as soon as I touched them making the timer and clock useless which I didn’t really need but it should have worked being brand new so after that I turned it on an$ did the first run as per instructions and it only ran about 5 to 7 minutes and just quit. Was not a power issue from the home just a defective stove

The oven arrived completely broken, with shattered glass everywhere, huge mess! Now we have to pay for its removal!

I purchased two of these ovens couple of days apart so I could look and evaluate prior to ordering the second one. You will not find a better price on this unit. One of my ovens is spot on thermostat wise. The second one is 50 degrees off. So if one requires 400 best set at 450. All ovens of this type are manufactured in China. Quality is OK. Packaging, although upgraded from previous reviews still lacks in protection. This oven weighs about 70 pounds. The unit, at the factory is placed on a cardboard tray and the main box is slipped over the unit with wood and styrofoam for protection. 4 1/4" nylon staps fasten the box to the tray. The first unit I received was missing all four straps and was bound together with shipping tape. There was some concealed damage, however, I decided to risk it and the oven works OK. The second unit arrived intact, however, two of the 4 straps were missing. I would not want to be the distributor of these units, for sure. Read the one year conditional warranty as if repair is required the unit must be removed and taken to a specified repair shop. I purchased a three year extended warranty through Amazon which will give me two additional years of protection. Gonna guess still have to pull it out for repairs. So for $440 plus tax and if you have prime for free delivery the unit is quite adequate. BTW when installing remove the door as that will knock about 20# off the unit weight.

This oven has so many Settings. It heats quickly and cooks thoroughly.

I was worried about this delivery because the last oven I got came all broken and dented and I had to return it. This company really packs their ovens WELL. Arrived with nothing wrong at all. Simple to install. The instruction manual is clear. Everything works perfectly. I can finally bake again. I live alone in a small but beautiful mobile home on a nice lake. It is a slice of heaven here actually and all I needed was a small oven. This worked out perfectly. Thanks.
