Instructions are hard to follow and confusing. One place it says it is 110 volt and another says 220 volt like all other electric ovens or stoves. Seems any Chinese company could employ at least one person who speaks and understands good English to proof read the instructions for any product they sell.

I had purchased this oven and only had it installed for 6 days. Everything worked fine for those 6 days until I went to brown a package of dinner rolls one evening for dinner. This unit shorted out and caught fire in my kitchen. Luckily no major damage was done to my kitchen, but I can't say the same thing for the oven. Amazon did give me a refund, but I purchased a different oven. Don't waste your money.

The oven itself works fine. Heats to correct temperature. I just baked a pumpkin cheesecake and it came out perfect. It will get done what you need it to do. The downside, I made myself crazy trying to set the clock. The directions are so stupid and the settings are backwards. You set the clock while it's in timer mode and the timer while it's in the clock position so it's programmed backwards. The directions have multiple typos. I don't trust the timer so I just set my own using my phone. Other than that, it's a basic no frills oven that will get the job done.

Wired per directions for 220 volt. Temperature seems a little off so I purchase a small guage to put inside oven. About 20 degrees off setting to actual.

Easy installation. Still trying to get this to work. Instructions cite bake and broil function which don’t even exist. Perhaps this was written by a kindergartner. Still trying to guess operations if not I’ll return and cut to one star.

Worst experience purchasing an oven ever. Hooking it up to electricity surprisingly worked fine, but nothing else works as it should. The directions to set up the digital interface etc are vague, misspelled and lacking actual information. You cannot effectively cook anything without that working because the oven will not stop heating without cutting the power to it. And you won’t be able to reach customer service because the company does not exist anywhere. Amazon doesn’t even have their contact information or website. I was told I cannot speak to the manufacturer. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this hunk of garbage.
