This oven works great and it looks great. However, I am still figuring out what all the functions do and what foods to cook on what functions. The owners manual is pretty much worthless as far as instructions on how to use it. I sent the company an email asking for instructions and they emailed me back that they don’t have instructions. I went from an old oven that had two functions and that was bake and the tempature so I am completely lost on the ten functions but I am figuring it out. But the oven does work great and it’s very easy to clean.

Really like the oven. Was extremely well package to avoid damage. Never seen better. Installation was easy, power cord was provided. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that the instructions, which I downloaded prior to the oven arriving, showed the opening size required for the oven. I constructed the space before the oven came and had to remove the top section of the opening before installation because the power cord from the oven did not allow for a slide in. For me this was not a big deal as I made a removeable frame. But those with an existing fixed space might have some issues. Otherwise, I am very happy with the purchase. The unit looks very sharp.

This oven was a great value. It has a rostisse feature that is easy to use. The oven heats a bit slowly unless it is on convection setting. The instruction book needs some work to explain each of the functions, but I was able to find a great youtube video to walk me through the steps. Other than that....happy. The oven is beautiful and complements my kitchen. Thank you Empava for making a great product.

I replaced my 25+year old wall mount stove with this inferior product. I literally used it four times and it quit. Checked to make sure there was power to it. Checked breakers, fuses, reset it as per manufacturer’s instructions and did not work. Bought in Oct 2020. Died March 2021. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I purchased and had this oven installed in September of 2020. I used it for several months with good success and reasonable satisfaction.In January 2021 the oven turned itself off and refused to turn back on. I had my electrician check that it was receiving power and then called EMPAVA customer support. They instantly diagnosed the problem as one or more faulty thermostats [there are 2] and offered to send me two replacement thermostats. The problem is that this is a wall-mounted oven and the thermostats are located under a backplate on the back of the oven. To change the thermostats will require having an electrician uninstall it: disconnect the hard-wired oven from the 240V circuit, remove it and replace the thermostats, reconnect and reinstall it. This represents a considerable expense to correct a problem that I am certain the company was aware of when they shipped the oven. They wre just too ready with the solution. They will send you the replacement thermostats at no cost, but the cost of replacing them in the oven is all yours. This is a dumb design for wall mounted oven and even worse if the thermostats can be expected to fail the first time your broil. DO NOT BUY IT. AT TJHIS POINT I WOULD NOT BUY ANY EMPAVA PRODUCT.

I've only had it for a day but the oven seems to work well with decent quality for a great price. As others have noted, it came in a standard box vs a shipping box. The box had taken several hits and gashes but the oven seems OK except for a slight ding on the back corner that does not appear to affect functionality and can't be seen. The manual that came in the box did not have good electrical installation instructions but I poked around on the web to find out what to do. At some point I found another manual at the Empava web site that had excellent instructions. Although it is a new oven it uses the old 3 wire 240 wiring and previous oven was 4 wire. Also note that the oven can't be installed into the specified size opening once you have connected the wiring since the installed flexible conduit mounts to the oven top and it sticks up higher than the top of the oven. You either have to connect it from the top after it is in place or do your own rewiring such that the conduit exits the back of the oven.update: downgrade to 2 stars . The oven quit working after a few days. Amazon sent a replacement but it was dinged up and the glass door cracked due to usual shipment in a non-shipping box. I think I have managed to put together a working unit from the two damaged ovens. We’ll see if it stays working.

I k be my wall oven. The convection function works great. A little adjust on time and temperature for food but it works great and looks nice in my kitchen. The only problem was the company that handled the shipping from them. My oven arrived but late enough I wasn't sure I was going to receive it. I think they had my shipment confused and I couldn't track. My old oven went out so I really needed an oven, especially with 3 children here and the whole covid 29 mess.
