How to Correctly Unfold Our Office Rectangular Carpet Mats?
To achieve a smoother surface, Please unfold the mat as shown in the picture
Method 1: Expose the chair mat to the sun for 2 hours until it softens and then unfold it
Method 2: Heat it with a hair dryer and the chair mat will gradually soften before unfolding it
Method 3: Roll the chair mat in the opposite direction and press it to release the curl, then place it with the textured side facing the floor
Method 4: Add weight to the four corners, which will speed up the flattening of the chair mat

I put down a protective mat to save my carpet from rolling chair wheels. It lies flat and doesn’t bunch up. My chair glides across it without sinking into the fabric below. The transparent style doesn’t hide the carpet underneath, so the room still looks fine. Any dirt that lands on it wipes away easily with a cloth. There’s enough thickness to withstand daily back-and-forth movements. It stays in place, so I’m not constantly nudging it back into position. For me, that means less stress about damaging the rug and a smoother experience moving around my workspace.

Working from home in an office with carpet isn't great with a wheeled office chair... so I got this to protect the carpet and make it easier to move the chair about. Does a great job. The plastic is thick enough to be sturdy without being too thick. It has small raised dots to keep it in place on the carpet. Overall these are a must have if you have a carpeted office.

I am working from home and I bought this pvc chair mat to protect the carpet on my office at home. I am noticing some wheel marks on the carpet already because of the computer chair so I was looking for a mat that will protect my carpet. The quality of the pvc is superb. It is low maintenance and easily cleaned. Also, it is water and stain resistant it can get easily wiped clean in a flash. Theres a tiny hint of plastic odour emanating from the mat but it’s something that can be easily dismissed. In the end, I can say this is a good and cheap investment that will protect my carpet in the long run.

This chair mat seems to be of good quality and is more flexible than my previous one so I hope it won't crack.It was rolled up very tightly when it arrived and wouldn't lie flat. I put it over a hot radiator and then laid it flat with some heavy items on it. It took a few hours to be flat enough to use.

Had mine down a week now but so far so good. It's thick and the little "bobbles" keep it in place. Protects my carpet wonderfully. More expensive than some on here for sale but you get what you pay for.Looks nice too blends into any room and has no nasty smell. Highly recommended.
