Works great. Keeps chair mat from sliding as well as chair on mat. Easy to install. Easy to use. Good quality & value. Very durable.

This is garbage! Hard to cut and doesn't stay on. Useless for the "protection" it is suppose to provide.

I need to prevent my chair rolling off the chair mat. For this purpose, it kinds of work. If I sit down normally and roll the chair slowly, it stops the chair wheel perfectly at the border. But when I roll the chair a little quick, the chair wheel will still run over the bumper and come off the chair mat. I will say it works most of time as long as you don't roll your chair too fast.It does have strong stinky plastic smell initially. So it takes some days to release that smell. The installation is straight forward but need some force to open the U channel and push it onto the chair mat. Even the bumper comes coiled up, it does not need to straighten up before installation. Once it is installed, the chair mat will sit on it tightly and make it straight. My chair mat has rounded corners of about 3 inches, so the bumper cannot go all the way to the corners as it cannot be bent to fit the round corners. I just cut the bumper 3 inches shorter than the mat length.Overall, even it is not completely stops the wheels from coming off the mat, it does help quite a bit. I would recommend this bumper.

Overall, I am very happy with these Edge Guard Bumpers. They keep my glass chair mat in place and keep me from rolling off of the mat, which is really saying something because I have ADHD and am exceptionally fidgety. They also look nice, maybe not as nice as the mat without the bumpers but nothing ever will. It is important to know, however, that it is not easy to install. It takes a lot of effort to squeeze the bumper over the edges of your mat and the plastic is really thick so cutting it to size also takes a lot of effort. On the upside, once installed, it stays in place really well.

These anti-slip pads are designed to keep your glass chair mat in place, and they do a reasonable job of it. They fit well and are easy to apply, but they do not completely prevent the mat from moving when rolling chairs are used. For light usage, they may be sufficient; however, in a busy office environment, you might find yourself readjusting the mat more often than you'd like. While they are useful, they may not fully solve the problem if your chair is frequently in motion.

I love my glass mat, but it was driving me crazy sliding all over the place on the carpet. Carpet tape is worthless as are a couple of other fixes that don't work. I have been trying to think of something and then I saw the Glass Chair Mat Edge Guard Bumpers & thought well maybe they work. And they do work! Not that hard to put on, but I recommend heating the material up a little bit to make it more flexible to install. Put it in the sun or since it is winter I wrapped the roll in a towel & put it in the dryer for a little bit. But as you start at the end you can work it on easily once you get the hang of it. At first, I tried just putting 6-inch pieces in all 4 corners, but it is not enough to prevent sliding. I also thought I could do 45's on the corners, but too much work & didn't fit good. So, I did full length on all sides, and it does not slide around. It also looks decent. Overall, I am very happy not to be having to always straighten out the mat.

Installs easiest when pre-cut to desired length and the glass is set up on edge for installation. It may requrie 2 people to install in this manner. Edging can be installed on flat glass but is not easy to do. Will not stop - or eve slow down - a moving chair but may at least provide a minor warning that the chair is about to leave the mat. Once uncoiled and installed, it does not detract from appearance and may have some degree of value in protecting the edge of the glass.
