It's a nice gate. Very easy to use. I was disappointed that it had broken pieces so it's not as nice to look at as it would be. But I chose not to return or replace cause I need it now. I would however buy again.

These did not end up working for the doorframes in which I was hoping to use them but they were still quality gates and would work well if your family is taller. 3 out 4 of us wouldn’t have been able to get over it easily, so I had to return it.

I don’t understand the complaints and poor reviews. It’s a basic plastic gate. It is cheap. But it works well. I don’t understand what you are complaining. What do you expect for the price and the type of it did you expect us to open and close when you come up to it for that price and how it made? There’s nothing wrong with these.

Easy to put up, but can be tricky to 100% secure in place. It has to be from one flat spot to another flat spot, so if you have molding near the floor it will need to be raised above that first or it will warp.

Easy to use full assembled and perfect for smaller puppies you don’t want getting into certain spaces. Shame that had to order this from abroad as wished there was similar option locally in the UK. Very pleased with the gate thus far.

This is an easy to use dog gate. It is perfect size for my slider door, bedroom doors, & front door, & even my hallway. It is very durable too. It keeps my dog from pushing it over & running out the door.

"You get what you pay for" is a saying that my parents told me a lot growing up and I should of listened when I looked at this. It looks great but the price tells the story. The handle at the top of it wouldn't even tighten. It would just turn and turn and turn and it never got enough tension to even hold tight against the wall. My wall also has a base board (which I knew going in I'd have to add to it to fix) but I also tried rising it above the base board and figured I could just put something under it to keep the pet out, but when you try to wedge it up off the ground it just bows out (assuming you can work it to get it even tight enough to stay hanging). Its just too cheap of plastic, not hard enough, and it seems the two pieces of gate are only connected in a single spot which allows it to bow out weirdly. So save yourself the trouble of returning it like I have to and get something of higher quality.

I bought this gate to keep our toddler out of the bathroom. Our bathroom door opening is pretty narrow (24" - this is an older home), so it was a challenge to find a gate small enough. Since we have cats and their litter box and food are also in the bathroom, shutting the door during the day just isn't a good option.Right out of the box, there was an obvious issue with the gate. The rubber non-slip "feet" on the sides were non-existent. There was a circle where the feet should have been, but it was just plastic. That allowed the gate to be pulled down relatively easily. I fixed that issue with hot glue around where the rubber should have been. It fixed the missing non-slip issue, but it also pulled some of the paint off of the trim after a while. No biggie, I can touch it up later but at least our kiddo can't pull the gate down any more.The bigger issue is the plastic internal components. The handle used to tighten the gate just doesn't last. The concept of the handle is great! It's so much easier to put this gate up than traditional baby gates. But after a couple of months of daily use, the handle has broken off completely (see photo). This renders the gate useless. For the price, I wasn't expecting top of the line quality, but I did expect it to last longer than it did.
