I like that it was easy installation. I was worried it wasn’t going to be wide enough for the entrance, but it fits perfectly. The swinging gate is very easy and smooth to use.

This gate comes in several parts so you can add sections to make it longer or take sections away to fit. Fits under my stairs perfect. Have 2 frenchies and they can’t get over it

This product was fairly easy to assemble and install. I am using it to restrict my Boston terrier to the kitchen. He weighs only 8 pounds, so I chose not to mount the gate on the hardware. It’s working very well and I would buy it again. It covers a 58 inch opening and looks very nice.

I needed a gate that would extend to 53 inches. I needed it to be sturdy enough for large dogs. This gate filled all my needs and then some. The gate door part is wonderful since it separates my living room from my bedroom and laundry room. I can go through without having to take down the whole gate. I would definitely buy this again, but I don't think I will need to. It does get wobbly sometimes, but you just have to tighten the sides again. This is not an issue for me.

My space was 58â€. I used a couple of 4inch furniture slider discs on each upper wall pad mount. I also used a 48†inch piece of slotted angle iron (zip tied to the bottom rail) for added sturdiness. Looks good and is way stiffer than without the angle iron I added. Serves the purpose of keeping my Pug from escaping when someone goes in and out. All of these baby gates are pretty much the same design/ sturdiness and this one was priced fairly.

This gate is utterly unreliable at full extension. The opening where we needed the gate was 58 inches. So we extended it to its maximum capacity to fit in the doorway. Immediately upon receiving it, the gate bowed outward, despite the description saying it would fit at 58 inches. It was loose because it had extended to far. There were several times when my dog jumped up on the railing of it and pushed off. (Just in case, you’re wondering, we are excellent baby gate installers… This is not our first rodeo.). When I reached out to the company to ask for brackets because it bows our exactly where the joints connect, here’s what they told me:Samantha (Regalo Baby)Oct 25, 2023, 12:50 GMT-5Hello,Unfortunately we do not have caps that will go over the extensions. Sturdy gate, good latch and door, but like most of these, they have limited useful range of adjustment because they rely upon a limited variety of section widths to mix and match, and adjusters solely at the ends. In some cases, this leaves too wide of a gap at the wall. In my case, I was trying to accommodate a 55" opening with a 5/8" baseboard trim on the bottom (so less than 54" there). The opening was 1/2" too narrow at the bottom to use all the sections (I even stripped the adjusters down to the bare minimum with thumbwheels on just one side at the top and none on the bottom) so I had to eliminate the narrowest section and open up the adjusters to the absolute max on the ends. The result was that with the fence centered and because of the section design, there was a gap wider than the spacing between the posts at one endand my puppy just slipped through. A small toddler could get stuck. A solution would be to supply a full height C shaped post insert that can be attached at either or both ends to close an excessive gap. Maybe a snap in piece(es) with two pegs top and bottom (two pegs keep it from turning) fitting into holes on the inside of the top and bottom rails. Could be designed for application on either side with extra long adjusters so the fence/gate can be offset requiring the piece only be used on one side. You're welcome to the idea, Regalo. Otherwise, clearly identify the various ranges the product accommodates without excessing gapping--It is not a continuous range!
