We have a new standard poodle mix 7 moth old rescue puppy. This has been great in keeping him from accessing parts of the house we don’t want him in. Helps with the 3 young grandchildren too.

Seems well made and stands up on its own pretty well with the provided legs. I wouldn’t use it at the top of stairs or anything but it’s good to block off a small area. No assembly necessary. Nice colored wood. We love it!

This item is perfect for my needs. I purchased two panels to block off the living room at night from my two shih tzus. It arrived quickly and pre-assembled so I could use it immediately. It is lightweight, fits the entry perfectly, and the stabilizers are padded so as not to scratch the gate. I find it to be very stable and secure but also lightweight enough to put in place and fold up/set aside. It is also attractive. Exactly what I was looking for.

Gate works perfectly for our needs. Came very well packaged. Covers a large area. Versatile for areas that are not straight. The feet are easy to move and come with a protective bottom so they don’t scratch the surface area where the gate is sitting. We are using for a pet that is 15 pounds and does not try to go past the gated area. Not sure how this gate would work for a larger more rambunctious animal. It is very sturdy just doesn’t fasten to the wall. It just sits where you place it. We purchased 2 of these and highly recommend.

These are overall great. Built quality is a little low (paint job isn’t the best I’ve seen, the black gripper stands have foam that’s a bit crooked etc) but for the price they’re actually really great. Made with wood and are quite sturdyWe use these to keep the dog away from the baby & they are working as we intended.

Bought this to keep dogs out of baby area / baby in. Was good quality and looked really nice but decided to return because it was not sturdy. The panels have two way hinges which was nice for flexibility in positioning but my baby immediately got her figure pitched when pulled on it and was able to easily move. My dog also easily nosed one side open (we didn’t bolt to wall) so just ended up not working for our needs. If you have small dog who just needs a deterrent, this is perfect but 100% do not recommend for baby use.

Good quality and looks nice in our entrance way where the stairs are. Because of the stair railing we couldn't use one that is tensioned or screwed into the wall. This has kept our little dog off the slippery hardwood stairs.

Buen material, me gusta que se puede poner en diferentes direcciones/posiciones, es decir, sé adecua bien a los espacios donde se necesite colocar, desde hacer un pequeño corral hasta divisiones que no son en lÃnea recta. Lo mejor es que no se tiene que taladrar para instalar.

We actually use this for a barrier around an indoor pond that we have to protect toddlers from falling in when they come over. It is fairly sturdy and easy to fold up smaller and move around. However, one thing that makes it more sturdy is that we do not have it standing in a straight line - it would tip too easily for our use. We have it layed out in a zig zag so that if it is "grabbed", it stays up. The only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is because multiple hinges came unsecurely screwed and the wholes were stripped.

This gate is wood, slightly heavier (not flimsy), and well made. It comes fully assembled and well packed. The hinged sections can fold upon one another to store in a more compact size (e.g. a "thick" quarter section in size). The bottom has smooth plastic grommet bumpers so you won't scratch your wooden floor. It is slightly longer than 6 feet in length so you can span a 6 foot gap and have a little extra on either end if termination need a wall or door frame. We have a 15lb male Cavalier King Charles Spaniel so this is the perfect size and weight to cordon off a section of our home. With that said, I would NOT use this freestanding gate for a larger dog or one that jumps since I am guessing it could be knocked over. Please DO NOT use this gate for a small child. Our cavvy is smart enough to know when this gate is up that he remains on the side he is on. It's heavy enough that he can't move it with his paw to squeeze by like he can with our prior wooden accordion style gates. We can easily swing one of the end section to walk past/through and the swing back in place versus constantly having to step over and risk falling or knocking it over. If you have a need for such a small breed pet gate, consider this one. One final thing. Although we didn't have to use it, the warranty is very cool. If there are any issues with your gate when you open the box, just call the 800 number provided at the end of the manual. They will ship you a replacement free of charge and you do not have to return the original one if it was defective. How about that? A company that trusts its customer and makes good if there is a problem with no questions asked, nice! Buy with confidence.
