When you buy that many in canada the government charges you duty. Buy less and re order. Many suppliers do not give shaft sizes check for the ones that do!

A bit pricey compared to other 'all metal' knobs but it's hard to find them this size with an 8mm D profile. This one fits my Napoleon grill, whose plastic knobs are showing their age. If the grill gets too hot, the plastic ones have a tendency to melt at the profile (where the gas valve shaft fits into the plastic knob), so having all metal is a 'plus'.Don't know how long the finish will hold up, being cheap cast pot-metal, but for now it looks good.

I needed some new knobs for my Brinkman grill (Brinkman is out of business so had to buy after market knobs). Almost all of them on Amazon are made from cheap plastic and therefore eventually fail as the plastic shaft valves do not hold up. This one is made of steel and has a steel shaft valve. I did have to improvise and add a small piece of steel into the shaft valve as the shaft valve hole was too deep, but this knob now work great with that improvisation. Avoid the plastic knobs, they will not last.

I have an old Kenmore 88901 dryer with the typical plastic shaft knob that eventually broke beyond repair. I had no luck finding the original knob with markings, so I decided as any replacement would be missing those to go with a full metal knob for better durability.I didn't have a set of calipers available to get an accurate measurement of the shaft, and the opening on this knob turned out to be slightly larger. A few turns of electrical tape around the shaft addressed that issue, and it seems to be holding up well after over 2 months of use.Fortunately the dryer is rather simple, with only two off points over the full rotation (between the regular and permanent press selections), so it isn't difficult to use even without the marking ring.

I got it it doesn't fit to my grill. if you want to buy you have to check inside hole size.. i request to return...they don't accept returns ..garbage
