ordered these but as you can see, the box states 1 1/2 x 1/4 x 20 threaded knobs, but they aren't even 1 1/2" overall, much less 1 1/2" threads. not useable for the project intended.

as many others have mentioned, the description makes it sound like the threads are 1.5" long. They aren't. The knob is 1.5" around. Technically not incorrect, but super easy mistake to make. People look for the thread size and length when browsing. PITA!

These are great knobs, but the description stated "1 1/2" x 1/4-20 Thread Male". What I received, although stated on the box 1 1/2" x 1/4-20, the threaded length was 5/8". They were possibly 1 1/2" overall but most people with any knowledge of hardware at all would believe they were 1 1/2" threaded length. Great knobs, but lousy description.

The threaded portion if this was only 1/4". Other listing's list the threaded portion with a drawing and the description shows the length if the threaded portion.

The stud lenght was advertised as 1.5" but was only 0.5" long. The overall lenght including the knob as only 1.25"Terrible description.

Item is not as described. Threaded portion was only 1/2 inch long and not 1 1/2 as the picture and description would leave you to believe
