Product came without a power cord (broken one). How am Insuposwd to use it?It came in a box, so there's no way they did it know it was not usable. Now it says money will take 30-days to come back.

This is my second Koolmore I have purchase, the first one I bought 2 years ago and it still works great. They are very useful for buying bulk food from Costco's , Sam's Club , or if you purchase a whole cow. Lots of money savings with these.

The chest is BIG and fits tons of product inside. I was able to store the whole carcas of a cow and then have more space left. It cools to the 0F in a few hrs and keeps the t. Two lids on top helps to access the inside in a quick and efficient manner.

We love our Koolmore commercial freezer for our small farm business. It's roomy. Green light and red alarm indicators allows me to confirm safe operation everyday with a quick glance. I have an internal temperature gauge inside and it confirms very consistent temperature at all times.

After reading all the reviews I was very concern about ordering this product, but decided to go for it since I have been wanting a chest freezer for a few years. It arrived with only a minor dent by the control knob.The interior is lined with thin aluminum sheets. So very easy to put dents on the inside. So don't drop any food when putting them in.Outside wall seem to also be easily dent. For the price I was expecting a bit more robustly constructed with material that is more resistant to dents and scratches.However, functionally it seems to be a very efficient freezer. I have mine set to 3 and it keep the food frozen with the pump running infrequently.

I JUST received this and it looks great EXCEPT the legs were wobbly. After some investigation I saw this "patch work??" on the bottom. I'm hoping it's nothing and we are going to give it a whirl anyway. Does anyone have any insight? I'll try to come back and edit this review in a week or 2 when I'm sure it's nothing...
