So far, so good. I've gone through a number of plasticc mats over the years. I decided to give this tempered glass mat a try. It wasn't all that much more expensive than the plastic mats. It looks great, easy to clean. Easy to move chair on it.

This desk mat looks great and has not had any issues so far. With 300lbs it flexes but does not creak or crack. Would not recommend rolling a wheel over the edges, but it did not break when doing that. Weight is over 30lbs and does not move very much on high pill carpet. Very satisfied with the product so far. Much cheaper then other name brand options. Foot lip is 24 3/4in wide so it will easily fill a gap that is 25 inches.

I love how large this is and the clear color allows my pretty carpet to be prominent. My office chair glides easily, which is what I needed on my carpet. I’m so pleased with this purchase and recommend it to one and all.

So much better than the plastic mat. No more sunk holes from chair casters. I like the tab that fits under the desk. It just looks so good in my home office.
