My last pair lasted for many years. I recently bought a new pair. They appear to be the same very good quality. Very sharp, comfortable to use, no hand fatigue, and they stay locked when you want them to be locked.

I have been buying Fiskars Easy Action Micro-tips for years since I tried my first pair. I've always liked them, but even more so in recent years as my hands have started developing arthritis. The spring action means you only exert half the effort it takes to open and close traditional lever-action scissors, and the lack of the otherwise necessary finger loops means no more sore fingers and thumbs if you have lots of cutting to perform.Depending on how often I use them and what I am using them to cut, they last a remarkably long time. However, I do use them quite often, and I like having several pairs in various craft kits I keep packed for specific crafts and classes. Despite their fine engineering and quality, they will wear out at some point, so I have had to replace them occasionally. That is what drew me to these was the titanium coating on the blades. I use titanium coated sewing needles and have concluded that they stay sharp longer than standard steel needles. Though I have bought the Easy Action Micro-tips at stores like Joann Fabrics and Michael's, I have not see the titanium blades available at those retailers.So far, I like these enough to have bought a couple of extra pairs; only time will tell if they last longer than the regular ones.

I use them when I make bracelets with elastic cord and when I mend clothes and such. Very precise, small- so they are easy to add to you sewing kit. This is the 2nd pair I've gotten because I'm leaving the first pair at the cabin- which are still very precise and sharp.

I love that these come with a guard. Keeps them looking nice and sharp. Longer length makes for straighter cuts. Good heft.

Sharp, well-balanced and easy to use for either right-handed or left-handed people, these scissors are a joy to use for big hands, too, unlike most conventional scissors. Well worth the extra cost for the design features, sturdiness and longevity (have used this model for years at work!), I highly recommend the Fiskars Easy Action Scissors.

I love these scissors. I have RA AND OA and these scissors are so much easier for me to use! I love the fine tip for close snipping! Sharp and cut felt for my crafting very well!

Another product that I am proud to use and a purchase I know will last. It fits my hand great with a slide thumb control to open or close for safety. It does a quick snip with ease. I do a lot of craft work, and this product is quite useful. There is very little hand fatigue. The fine point makes it easy to get tight on small objects. This precise scissors is an excellent value.

These are much better quality than what you get from other brands like Vivosun or AC Infinity, and even better than other Fiskars pruning scissors. Just don't soak tips in hydrogen peroxide or the coating comes off eventually. I highly recommend these for anybody who trims plants and wants quality pruning scissors, that will last many years.

We loved the blades - it's sharp & cuts really well. However, only after about 10 mins of cutting, a blister started forming. We found that it was because the joints of the blades were really stiff. It was a tad of a struggle to get them to open & close. After the blister appeared, we decided to oil the joints of the blade with WD40. Made a whole big difference after.The loops of the scissors, made of hard plastic, are also too large for our hand size, so it feels like it's coming off as we are cutting & keeps rubbing against the skin.We would have preferred to purchase something with smaller & softer handles as we are doing a lot of cutting with it.
