We did a Costco run and filled the freezer, contrary to user's manual instructions. Everything was quickly frozen in 3 hours.

Please order this. It's very roomy for anything..Not so big or small. I live in a apartment complex. Their refrigerators are always small. You need one. I have a family of 6. However they make you pay for the parents before you can even buy it so it comes out even more. That's unfair it should be opinional. Cause if you have to return it you still have to pay for shipping. It's a total.of 300.00 even with a discount

I wish I could give this ZERO stars! I bought this 5 MONTHS ago and it suddenly stopped working. I was unaware of it for a couple of weeks because the power light was still on. It wasn't until I opened it earlier today to a PUTRID smell to find everything thawed. I lost hundreds of dollars of food. This is just after FIVE MONTHS! Save your money and go with a different brand. Groceries are so expensive these days that it makes me sick (and livid) that I just threw all those dollars worth away. Now I need to figure out how to get the putrid smell out of my home. Oh, and conveniently Amazon won't do anything because it's outside of the return window. I can't even send a message to the seller. This is BS. I'll buy my appliances at Home Depot from now on. At least I will be able to talk to a person!

It's small but I wanted it to be small. Wanted an upright and couldn't find one small enough with a decent amount of space for the price of this little deep freezer. It shipped fast and the box was able to be lifted off the top without even opening the box. The company shipped it this way. That was a small plus and the packing inside the box to prevent dents and all was still in place. I plugged it up and adjusted the bottom feet so it didn't wable on the space where I put it. I turned it on to the 3rd setting and it's been filled up for 3 weeks now and it's full of food. Buy 1 you won't be disappointed. I am very happy with this item.
