I love this thing only thing is a wish it was cordless. Besides that, it makes great crepes.

Our family loves crepes! We have made them for years using a special crepe pan which works well but takes time and hard to get the crepe thin and even. This gadget is a game changer and this is from some one who hates catchets. The ease in which it works was amazing to both myself and my husband who is the king crepe maker in our house. His first request after making a batch of crepe's is, "Do they have a 10 inch one?" Very high praise from a very picky cook! Love this thing.

I use it to make manicotti shells and I just made Shanghai lumpia wrappers. I’m very happy about this, since I live in a rural town and they don’t sell lumpia wrappers anywhere near here.

I was able to use for 4 crepes but then it overheated and just messed up the remaining batter. I like how simple it is making crepes - which are a headache but I like to make about a dozen at a time. The second batch of batter appeared too heavy to cling to the arch after the 4th one. It just fell off after about 3 seconds. I assume I need to unplug and let it cool off or perhaps the 4 dips into the batter changed the composition of the batter.

I was hoping these would be a good replacement for two crepe makers that were getting old. There are other crepe makers out there (like the ones I had) that have a base that holds the cord. This crepe maker has it attached to the handle, which means that every time you dip into the batter, you’re dragging your cord across your countertop or your other dishes. Or your other crepe maker’s cooking crepe. Not that fun. This was the biggest problem. It’s hotter than other crepe makers, so that sounds good, but dipping it too long in the batter ends up with the crepe left in the dish. Maybe that’s just something to learn. On the plus side of the hotter temp: it’s easier taking off the cooked crepe then it was with my old one.Nice color, but honestly, I got rid of these two I got after a single use and bought more cordless ones.

First thing's first, no, this will not get you a creperie-level large crepe to recreate those stuffed masterpieces you may love. What it will do is give you a user-friendly, functional way to make crepes at home that you can be very content with pretty much right out of the box. The instructions come with a handful of different batter recipes that can be adapted to how you want to use the crepes and then it's as simple as blending your batter, letting it rest, and turning on the machine. Literally within 5 crepes we were turning out tasty, satisfying treats, and it was so simple.Pros:-Simple set-up and operation - One switch and a ready light is all you have or need-Easy clean-up - Non stick surface wipes clean easily and the batter bowl rinses in a moment-Quick to make - Other than letting the batter rest, which is the case for crepes regardless, it was ready to go within about 5 minutesCons:- Crepes are a little on the smaller side for a quad fold technique with filling, but a half fold does just fine- Size/form is a little awkward for storage as it does not fold or compact at all, but not significantOverall, this was a requested present for my wife and she has been very happy with it. First experiment was chicken pesto stuffed crepes and everyone involved came away happy. Personally, one of the leftover crepes with lemon juice and powdered sugar was a fantastic desert too!

Love making crepes in this! You leave the batch on for a few seconds, until cooked and take it off and don't. Easy to clean also!
