The hot wire foam cutter tool has the following features:

HOW TO USE
Draw the shade you want with a marker pen
Select the desired foam cutting pen and attach it to the end of the handle.
Align the button jack and plug in the power cord
Turn on the foam cutter, wait 5 to 10 seconds for it to heat up, and then begin cutting foam.

Note: Turn off the power if you don't use it for a long time, temporarily place it on the stand or put it flat but the refill can't touch other objects or materials. The heat of the heated refill will rise up to the handle when placed head down, which will bake, melt, brittle handle, resulting in the inability to use normally.

I ordered this product and wasn't able to try it right away. When I did take it out of the box a couple of months later, it would not turn on when it was plugged in. Unfortunately, the return period had expired and I couldn't find a way to contact the seller.

Si lo compras es porque ya sabes para es.Solo recomiendo que tenga mucho cuidado porque esto está muy caliente en el primer minuto que lo enciendes.Es un producto muy bueno de calidad fuerte resistente en verdad lo recomiendo.Ase cortes delgados y un poco grueso.

It's okay. Hubby got it for a project to cut 1 inch thick foam blocks. Says it's better for thicker foam and foam sculpting than just cutting straight lines.

As stated in other reviews, If you are cutting a long way, a sawing action works well. It works well enough to do hobby work that is not high demand use. What I've used this for has worked out very well for me and has saved a lot of time.

For any diorama makers or just foam projects, this cutter is fantastic. Slices through foam like the hottest knife going through butter. Just practice with it at first for a few times before doing the big project.
