Disappointed. This is not a heavy yoga bolster. It is very light weight and has some sort of foam core covered in cotton batting to give the illusion of density. It feels like a yoga block with some padding. If you are wanting a bolster like you use in yoga class, this is not it.

Yoga Bolster Vine Review. Brand: FELIZMAX. This has two extremely stiff pieces of styrofoam, wrapped in a very thin layer of cloth, then put in a zipper case, then put in the colored cover case. The outside cover looks very durable and should be easy to wash and dry. The two zippers are just average. Always nice to see the color choices here.It’s a hard styrofoam twin pack. How hard is it? My 220+ weight will sink no more than 1†into it when standing on it. So yes, it is very supportive! I can’t think of anything right now that gives so little. I know that yoga bolsters CAN be meant to be firm. I’m just trying to quantify what give there is with this model.Next I did some research to try to figure out what a yoga bolster ought to be. And found there are firm, medium and soft. No help there.Except this is a firm.Next I sat on it, expecting a brick. I am very happy to report that if I was going to sit on my tail in the prolifically seen yoga poses we see on the internet, THIS IS THE ONE FOR ME! So 4 star for the higher weight customer. My wife sat on it and it did not give at all, so she would rate it a 3 star. She says it is as hard as a Yoga Block, if you know what they are. 😉 It could be slightly higher quality, but it is going to get sat on. And probably not the choice for the under 150 lb yoga person. But that is not for me to say!A random stolen quote about firm bolsters:Firm. A firm bolster is the best choice for providing excellent support, especially during inversions and backbends. The pearl cotton that this is filled with is pretty uncomfortable. I took a photo so you can see the structure of it inside. It's basically just a giant foam brick wrapped with a thin layer of cotton. It's supportive, but in some poses where it rests under your hips/spine it can be a little uncomfortable because of it's stiffness and sharp edges.I will say it is very lightweight, and the cover feels like canvas - nice and sturdy. I like that I'm able to take the cover off and wash it. I just think I would prefer a more rounded edge to the pillow. I do all of my classes at home, so portability isn't a big deal for me. I'll stick with other, heavier fillings going forward.

It’s a beautiful yoga bolsterwith a convenient grab handle. Firm, large, lightweight, and muchbetter quality than I expected. This rectangular yoga pillow is comfortable, firm enough, maintains its shape and works very well in yin and restorative poses. Soft cover is a bonus too. Highly recommend it!

This cushion is deceptively firm - it looks like a pillow and kind of feels like one as long as you don't squeeze it too hard. In the center, however, are some solid foam blocks that deform very little to pressure. That combined with the outer padding gives you a blend of yoga block and pillow that offers good support for certain positions or stretches depending on what you're after. Its use will depend on what you need it for although the block is plenty supportive for sub 100 to 200 plus weights.Outer fabric is thick and sewn together well, although it is not water resistant so it's a good thing it comes off easily for washing. If you sweat, this thing is a sponge.

Truly I was hoping for double duty, my daughter’s post-op aid & recovery steps and my yoga practice. I’d recommend it more for the first as it is light weight, so easy for her to move, good size for under her legs while sleeping and decent height for medications. Personally the fabric & weight don’t meet up with my yoga desires enough. I feel it should be less money as the quality, firmness & fabric is less for an active yoga practice.

Great quality and supportive enough. It is comfortable, maintains its shape and works very well for blocking as well as a bolster. Besides, this yoga bolster is perfect for restorative. The cover is soft, durable and removable. I also like its lightweight and the handle on the one end as it makes the pillow easy to carry. Very happy with the purchase!
