Easy to assemble. Has a weighted base so it doesn’t tip easily the tee design holds a hand towel very well.

The bars are not solid, but hollow.The cross bar wasn't attached to the upright bar and it doesn't have a way to assemble it.Close examination showed a very narrow and partial weld between them. The weld was almost invisible. Design and execution quality are poor.I glued the pieces together. I'll see if it holds. Otherwise I'll be recycling this product. Not even worth returning it.
