If you're like me, then you have multiple pieces of recovery gear strewn about and not all of it fits the aesthetic of my home. However, this faux wood and black design is stunning and does not look out of place among real wood and other design elements of my home. Plus, it's great for my thoracic opening!

It’s more light weight than what I was used to in Hong Kong where I was introduced to yoga wheel. Have to be careful while I practice on it.

I love this yoga wheel! I’ve been using a Trigger Point roller as well as a yoga/pilates ball for maintenance on my back, but this wheel replaces both. I’ve been able to ger really good sacral and lower lumbar traction with this wheel. My spine is happy :)

I got this wheel to assist me with heart openers (backbends) and it does not disappoint. I’ve only had it a few weeks and I already have seen a huge improvement in strength, flexibility, and posture! Great purchase! Also, I picked this wheel because over others because SukhaMat is made of eco plastic (recyclable). Thanks for letting me know, SukhaMat, it set your product apart!

I have two versions of this product. While this is the more expensive, it is much more attractive, I will feel good about giving this as a gift to my boyfriend's non-yogi, yet athletic, sister. Furthermore, it comes with an excellent instruction sheet with a hot guy demonstrating poses other than the flop backward pose that I use with mine. Apparently, wheels can be utilized to deepen your lunges, and as an assist for shoulder stand, crows, triangle as well as a child's pose-esque shoulder stretch. Did I mention the hot model?
