On looks alone this gets 10 stars! Releasing steam on my instant pot was marring the cabinets and wall where I use the device so off to Amazon I went to search for a diverter. This little guy sends the release steam where I point him and he looks SO COOL (or maybe hot) doing so! It is easy to put on the machines diverter but there is a design flaw in that he retains a lot of water and there is no good way to get it out. I will rinse it and then let it dry on the counter turning and shaking to release trapped water. Since it's generally water it's easy to clean but if you overfill the pot, you could get residual food stuck. Still, LOVE how he looks and frankly he just makes me happy to use it.

I had high hopes for this, I really did. I wanted to be in love with how well this worked. Getting the dragon onto the valve release was super difficult without burning myself in the process. Then, once it was on, the dragon sat too low, lifting the valve and never letting the pressure build-up. My meal was slightly burned before the InstaPot turned off for safety's sake. I want to put the dragon on the valve and cook something again before I give up completely. I want to think this is user error, but we'll see.

Kinda cheap looking. Doesn't fit my 3qt Instant Pot Duo that well. Gets very flimsy and loose when it's hot. But it does not fall off and does redirect steam.

I have the Instant Pot Pro 8qt. This item does not fit even though it is stated as fitting. The dragon seems good quality and is nice looking however.

This little guy makes me smile every time I use him. I have a 6 quart Instant pot and it fits. Not the best fit mind you, but it will stay on, and comes off easily. It does the job of directing the steam away from my cabinets. For the first fit, heat it up in hot or boiling water then press it on the steam vent firmly and let it cool. It is possible to put in too deep. Make sure the steam vent can wiggle a bit and it should be fine.

Add is misleading. Does NOT work on Lux version. Is way too small. Will be returning.
