The appliance has an appealing design. The pot is a nice size, good for up to 6 people. Initial heat up from room temperature liquid took longer than expected. Once boiling, the dial control is very responsive and effective. Too early to comment on reliability. We've only used it once. It's reasonably easy to clean, especially with the non-stick coating, In hard water areas like the one we live in, expect to use acid to dissolve hard water reside that remains after soap and water cleaning.Design improvement suggestion: make the pot water resistant to facilitate cleaning.From the limited use to date, I would recommend buying this product

I did have a sectional cooking pot, but it did not work effectively on my induction cooking plate due to its split bottom; this compact unit suits my use better. I have upgraded my cooking possibilities, which completes everything I do in the kitchen in my variety of cooking.

Eating hotpot in winner is essential for Canadian’s winter.I really like this hotpot so it can make my Canadian winter easier. Highly recommend to people in Canada or cold countries.Although the delivery is from Alberta and I live in Montreal ,it is still within 2 days of Black Friday.Good product.

Used a couple times! Easy to use and good for us. The only issue is that the stains after wash. Maybe I need to find a better soap to wash it tho. Other than that very good and solid product
