This mop head does not turn to a fibrous mush.It holds its shape ver well. It mops the floor just fine. I recommend this product.

I ordered a bucket and mop a while ago and love using it. I have my kids do mopping and this thing is sturdy. All the parts that are usually plastic are metal with this thing. It is great! I needed a second handle, so two kids could work together. I found a plastic one that worked for about two years, but then bit the dust! So, I orded this bad boy!!! It was amazing. It came and I went to assemble it. The head of the mop was bent and unable to be made right. Their customer service immediatly sent out a new one that was perfect. After receiving it, the whole thing works like a dream. Great mop and product. Also, great customer service.

I’d give it like a 4.5 stars out of 5. Only because my coworker asked me to buy this for her because her husband bought her one over the summer in hopes it could withstand her *rage cleaning* secret strength but unfortunately, the shaft snapped a few months in. She didn’t want to break his heart telling him it wasn’t worth it like he thought it would be because I guess he put in a lot of research before purchasing this item compared to others and since they share an Amazon account, she didn’t want him finding out she broke the one he bought her and ordered a new one. That’s when I came into play. From what she’s told me, she really likes it. She mentioned it was more expensive than something she’d purchase on her own but she’s a lot like me when it comes to cleaning, that “elbow grease†we put behind our scrubbing is strong! I’m not sure anything would hold up longer than a few months lol.

Used it right away, as the one I had identical had broken in half where the handle tubing connects. Worked great for about 10 min. and then the handle wouldn't lock in place. I would of contaced for a replacement, but afaid to end up with the same issue.

Well it'll last for a really long time. This particular version has a metal base where the mop head attaches. My original one had plastic. The metal tips up backwards when I pull back and scratches the tile. Horrible nails on the chalkboard sound!

I received my mop handle replacement and am extremely happy with it. They have replaced the old plastic attachment with metal and I am delighted with this change because the older model was easier to break when replacing the mop head. I feel that this new improvement will really extend the life of my mop. It makes my job so much easier. This is an awesome system....better than any other spin mops I have used in the past. I highly recommend this product. Thank you Speedy Sweep!
