This is one of the best we've had in a very long time. It gets heavy usage here and it has recently just started leaking a little but that could be due to being dropped several times and or dogs running off with it. I would purchase again if and when needed.

I love how solid it is. My only downfall is that it leaks a bit where it’s connected to the hose. The thread won’t fit tightly. Other then that I really like the wand!

Love the different patterns and the flow option on this, but I ran across an issue while using this sprayer with an expandable garden hose (you know the kind, they "grow" with the water pressure when you turn the water on). While using this on maximum flow with the expandable garden hose, it works great. Adjusting the flow to anything other than maximum on this sprayer while using the expandable hose caused very loud vibrations in my pipes. If you know what water hammer is, think that but happening in rapid succession. I thought I had a plumbing issue, maybe I still do but I tried several different combinations after realizing this only happened when using this specific sprayer with a specific hose.This sprayer + expandable hose + max flow = OKThis sprayer + expandable hose + not max flow = VIBRATIONSThis sprayer + regular hose + max flow = OKThis sprayer + regular hose + not max flow = OKEvery other sprayer I have + expandable hose + max flow = OKEvery other sprayer I have + expandable hose + not max flow = OKEvery other sprayer I have + regular hose + max flow = OKEvery other sprayer I have + regular hose + not max flow = OKNow for the leaks, there are too many pieces that are put together, creating multiple fail points. Small leaks so not a big deal, but it would be nice to have those be easily serviceable for some new washers/rings, I'd rather fix it than throw it away.

Works as intended. I like that you can adjust the water pressure from the wand and your don't have to go back and forth to the spigot. Also when you are walking across the yard you can turn the water off so you aren't spraying areas of the yard that you don't need to water. Helps reduce weeds spreading by doing that. 8 out of 10 of the sprays are useful, the other two it's not that it's not useful for everyone, just not for me because I have no clue what they would be used for.. there's a good amount of water pressure and it doesn't leak if you have it properly attached to your hose. There's a filter for water entering the wand from the hose, and it comes with a spare piece. Super easy to use, very self explanatory operating it. It's easy to hold and to switch modes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who doesn't have a drip system and has to regularly water their plants manually.

Update-the company reached out to me and was very accommodating to ensure I was satisfied. The company sent me another watering wand and also explained a few troubleshooting items. While I loved the wand, I loved the customer service. Therefore, I updated to 4 star.I loved this. It was amazing, until it wasn't. One day it quit working out of no where-the water began to only trickle out in a small stream.

Of all the watering wands I have used as a Master Gardener, this is one of the best. It is very well made, easy to push the lever to control the water on/off while the other hand is in use and offers every pattern that is needed. The spray is forceful due to the width of the interior of the wand and/or can be adjusted. The spray patterns are available through a turn of the dial in the top. The price is excellent and shipped fast via Amazon Prime.

I've been using this watering wand most of the summer now. It simply works and works well. Lots of options for spray patterns (the shower, center and jet are most useful). It seemed a little lightweight and perhaps flimsy but I've beat this wand on my concrete patio, dragged it across rock mulch, and left it on with full pressure for hours at a time. Not a drip or leak. Works great. Highly recommended.

Solidly built and makes gardening so much easier. Significantly sped up my watering process and the thumb control is sweet. I wish I had a second one so I could wield both at once like some sort of benevolent Edward Waterhands.

Purchased 2 of these. 1 stayed strong. 1 broke. Support team not only replaced but added an additional hose. Great experience with their team.Love the hose. More settings than I need. Push button for power and strong spray.Prior review:I loved this product until it broke. The faucet flew off. After inspection the tiny plastic connectors snapped.I bought 2 of these 4 months ago. 1 works fine. The other broke this week, sadly. Would love a replacement since it's 6 weeks outside of Amazon return window and I cannot find a support contact.

Update: The seller did reach out to me after I left a one-star review, and assured me there was an 18-month warranty on the product. They have sent me a replacement which I have received. I am upgrading my review for two reasons: 1) Based on the positive Customer Service response, and 2) Upon further thought, for the time period that I used the device prior to it breaking I was reasonably happy with it, and I did realize that the issues listed below (hard water and no swivel) are issues that will likely be encountered by any wand you buy from Amazon and are not specific to this product. I have upgraded my review to four stars with those things in mind. Will update again within a year on the progress of the replacement. Thank you RESTMO for your quick response.The wand cannot swivel around the hose, which can sometimes make it hard to hold if you don't twist the hose just the right way.The on/off toggle becomes calcified by hard water very quickly. It becomes harder and harder to open and close because it is not easy to get leverage for your fingers to push the lever to open once it has calcified.Add to this, and most importantly, after just 6 months of use (approximately 7 1/2 months after purchase), the head popped off while turning the nozzle to a different sprayer adjustment, and will not stay on anymore. You can put it back on, but the head pops off when the water is turned on.I reached out to the seller but have received no response. With good Customer Service and replacement, I would have given this another chance, but with a broken product and unresponsive Customer Service, I would not recommend this product.

My order of RESTMO Water Wand Heavy Duty arrived with damage. After contacting RESTMO Customer Service Support by e-mail, Kaycee, the customer service rep, replied me within a couple of hours, and took prompt action to replace the damage wand. Within 2.5 days, the replacement of RESTMO Water Wand Heavy Duty was delivered to my door. Needless to say RESTMO deserves 5-stars customer services.It's been over two weeks, I am using this new RESTOM Water Wand Heavy Duty daily, and I am extremely happy with this product. I like the light weight with 10 spray patterns of design. I also particularly like the gentle flows of the spray yet with good volume of water flowing. Unlike the other two brands of spray wands I have had, the gentle sprays of this wand does not damage my tender young vegetable plants when water plants from 3 feet distance. The Thumb Flow control is very smooth when adjusting. The design and the light weight is a plus as it is easy on my wrist. Because of the good volume water flows, I now only need to spend half of the time watering plants compare to using the other two brands I had.

Very poor quality ..Choose another brand .. This nozzle is not very good at all ..Very sorry I bought this one ..I had it for awhile before i used it and was past the return it time ..I know it will not last very long ,so another one will be bought soon ..Save your money and grief and buy a different brand...Well the company did send me another one the replace the wand that did not work right ..It was very good of them to do that. The new one works better than the first one did ..Glad they stand behind there product as they do ..But that being said ..I will not buy another one of these. The company has contacted me about the spray nozzle ..I have to admit i was not happy with the quality ..But I have to say that the company Did everything in there power to make things right ..This is one company they REALLY stands behind the product ..I'm very Happy with the service and concern that that took..It was Very nice to see costumer service to this high a standard ..Well done ..For the service they gave to me ..I will be happy to do business with this place again ..They care that your a happy costumer..Thank you so much
