Bought a house with typical 1980/90's brass pulls/knobs in the kitchen. Replaced them with pull knobs from Home Improvement store but there was a "ring" behind each. These not only covered the "ring" but elevated the knobs to a beautiful level! Larger than we expected but we are loving the transformation!
