Worked for my situation. Wet snow pulled my old one out of the wall. I used a 15/32 drill bit for a pilot hole and was able to turn in with little effort

It what it is install on Out-Building for installation of failed unit (rusted) from about 30+ years ago. Make sure it is screwed into a major beam Use wedge clamp NSI W62 for most applications
