Maxi-Cosi Gia XP Luxe 3-Wheel Travel System is one of their best yet, in terms of style, functionality, and build. I've been through several sets, and all of the strollers I've used so far are 4 wheels so wasn't sure what to expect from a 3 wheeler. It turns out it's excellent. The maneuverability on this stroller is absolutely top notch, combined with stability and comfort features. The extra large wheels make those bumps on the block or grassy fields feel like nothing, as well as make getting on and off of curves super easy. However, I'm on the fence about the useability of it for myself due to the weight. Both the car seat and the stroller are basically full feature, full weight. Like a lot of weight, especially if you are weak/small or trying to heal from C-section. It's not something I can easily throw in and out of any of the trunks of our cars, while perfectly fine for husband to handle.

I love Maxi Cosi travel systems they are always super well made! This set is no exception. Super easy instructions and not much to assemble beside snaping on the wheels. The car seat and toddler seat are both very cushy and feel very comfortable. I did wish that they make the basket below a little bit bigger but for a stroller this size the basket works fine for a purse and a diaper bag. This is super easy to maneuver. This would make investment or a great gift!

I'm in love with this Maxi-Cosi travel system! I've been wanting to replace our old one and really wanted a jogger stroller, so I'm thrilled I got it. Right out of the box, it's easy to put together and I could tell instantly tell that it was high quality all around. It's a bit heavy, but I like that it's solid and will last a long time with its heavy duty build. The stroller has a large canopy, huge storage basket, and cup holder for me. The seat is plush and well cushioned, very comfortable for the baby to be in. The wheels are very nice, they maneuver smoothly and go over most terrain. The handle is adjustable so you feel comfortable while pushing it. The car seat easily clicks onto the stroller and detaches just as easy. It has a nice canopy to cover the baby and the handle is comfortable to hold. It's super soft and padded , my baby feels comfy the whole time even for long periods of time. This travel system is the perfect set and I have loved using it. My baby is happy and I'm happy, so it's a win. Pricey, but totally worth it! A jogger travel system is the way to go.

This is a really nice combination infant car seat and stroller. The stroller is as nice as any I've seen and is incredibly maneuverable. It has multiple canopy options to keep baby shaded and comfortable, and the instruction manuals for both stroller and car seat are among the best I've encountered. Maxi-Cosi car seats occasionally get dinged on ratings sites as far as ease of installation and fit-to-vehicle. I found the same on my 2016 Subaru Forester; I definitely had to fiddle for a bit and try a couple of anchoring options before I found one I felt really secure about. The brand as a whole gets better to best safety ratings, although I cannot find any ratings for this model specifically. Regardless, once you install any car seat in a vehicle be sure to have it inspected for proper installation; most communities provide this service via city services or auto shops. It was easy to remove the infant seat from its cradle in the car for installation on the stroller, though I did manage to pinch my palm once while disengaging the car seat from its cradle in the car. The harness system offers multiple adjustment points and should be suitable for any infant with a bit of fiddling; it is also well-padded on both harness and seat. The stroller is, as I said, pretty darn amazing. It maneuvers with the touch of a finger. The wheels are large and have shock absorbers, but the tires are solid rather than inflatable so it's not really a running or all-terrain stroller. There's a small pocket by the handle for a phone and a large storage area underneath the stroller seat for all the other things. It even has a water bottle holder. Like any infant seat/stroller system, be sure to block out some time and read the instruction booklets thoroughly before use, then familiarize yourself with the equipment before placing your baby in it. That will do more than anything to make you comfortable using it. I spent almost an hour reading and fiddling with the components before I ever actually used it. This is a very nice high-end infant car seat and stroller combo that you will be able to use for multiple children over the years.

I generally like Maxi-Cori products, but this one was an exception. It feels cheaply made, and is difficult to move from one set up to another (stroller to car seat and vice versa). The pieces just don’t fit together well. I have a toddler and a baby, so we’re constantly on the move, and I don’t have time to be fussing with taking the seat on and off the stroller. Would not recommend.
