I bought this product in May, but I could not assemble it so I returned it. No Problem. Two months later I contacted the company again, and asked if had been changed for easy assembly. I talked to the owner of the company( how often does this happen?) he said they would check one out for ease of assembly and send it to me.I just received it and put it together. Works perfectly.Happy customer.

I like that a get a better shine on my shoes then if I hand brushed and almost as good as if I spit-shinned but this does it in two minutes. I run on some Polish lace up and bush out and am done. I wish I had this decades ago

My husband bought this for his work to polish sailors shoes. It requires a few uses to remove excessive lints, yet it does job done and easier way to polishing shoes.

I just need a tool to take dust off from my shoe every day without bending my back and this little guy works perfect and polish it at the same time! I don’t have to take the shoe box in and out anymore. Easy to use and it stands in the corner. I can use it anytime I need. Love it!

Liked that this buffer/cleaner. Easy to use and works well. Appreciate that it comes with different buffers for shoe type. Works well on cowboy boots getting that buff shine in before you hit the dancefloor.

I thought this was a splurge but it’s well worth the price! It slides together really quickly and the buffer pads spin nicely. The push-down handle is a great design. We have it tucked in the corner of our mudroom which makes it convenient to use before heading out the door. Now, I’m going to buy one for my Mom who always appreciates a pair of well-shined shoes!

This saves so much time!I love how I don’t have to bend down to shine shoes.I put on some wax or special shine liquid before using this polisher and that gives perfect shines.TIp:Do not press the shoes too hard against the buffer. The manual says if it’s repeated it will overwork the engine.The direct customer service phone number is awesome. I lost the wrench and they sent me one right a way at no charge!I think I will buy another one for my boss’ Christmas gift.
