I will only buy this for our restaurant. They last forever and are put thru the test in our kitchen. Everything else I've tried breaks in a month. This is my go to, and the second time I've purchased this product. Will continue to buy these

I am sure the product we works fine, but I ordered an orange mop handle to match the other 5 I have of the same brand. It showed up with a black handle and where you put the mop head is a dark blue color.

Shipped from a 3rd party it took longer than Amazon said for estimated arrive by date when I ordered. When it showed up it was not boxed but in a clear plastic bag. It was broken in two places. The frame was broken where the mop head goes in and the threaded part to tighten the mop holder was completely snapped off midway. The broken parts were inside the bag. The bag was torn up and had holes in it so the shipper (UPS) damaged it terribly. Amazon takes no responsibility, it tells you to contact the manufacturer directly which I did. The manufacturer told me not to bother sending it back and said they would issue a refund of $12 and some cents plus my sales tax which brought it up to $14.30. This amount is apparently what Amazon was charged, not what I paid, which was over $20.00.The product is made of poor grade plastic and would not be durable even if it were not broken. If you were to push down very hard to get a stubborn spot off the floor I have little doubt it would snap and break. I recommend getting one with a metal mop head mechanism. This one is junk. The only thing good about it was the fiberglass handle which was solid. I will either buy locally or re-order a metal one through Amazon.Amazon is shipping more items via 3rd party, many coming clear from China. I ordered a Westinghouse pressure washer and it took a couple of months extra to arrive. A good American brand name and made and shipped from China. It had a bad pull start mechanism from the factory, and I had to order a new one. Again, the arrive by date estimate was way off the mark. I should have paid a small amount more and bought a Honda, which I am sure Amazon probably has on hand for shipping out. This isn't the old Amazon we are accustomed to.

Can’t tell you how many “Ruddermaid†mop handles we’ve bought for 10 restaurants over 40 years, but every one of them broke at the link. Some after just a few days. We purchased these a year ago for all our restaurants and haven’t broken ONE in that time!!!!!! Yes it takes a few seconds longer to install a mop head, but it DOESN’T BREAK!!!!I’ll take that trade off any day.

Had a mop like this one but someone stole it from outside the American Legion (who does that!?!). So after a long search I found one like it. I have arthritis and it's hard to find one that doesn't give me splinters, not too heavy and easy to change tops on. They only issue is I'm 5'2" and the handle length made it hard to wrangle with. Luckily had someone cut it down and now it's perfect. Shipped quickly with no issues. (Like to support Veteran businesses when possible.) Thank you!

As a head custodian i needed something easy to use nice and long I love the color in case someone runs off with it and its easy on your back. We all know custodial work is really hard on your body.
