FAQs & IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE USAGE
1. On what surfaces do the mats work? Only use our mats on clean, smooth, and untextured shower trays or tub floors. On structured surfaces the vacuum won't build up in the suction cups.
2. What do I need to do before using the shower mat? It's mandatory to rinse the shower beforehand - it should be properly wet - and then firmly press and smooth the mat with your hands or, with a secure stance, your feet on the floor of the tray. Check to make sure it's securely in place before stepping on it.
3. How can I take care of the mat? Our mat is inherently made from a durable material and is machine washable. We strongly recommend rinsing your mat after each use and hanging it to dry on the supplied hooks. This way, you'll enjoy the mat for years!
4. How can I hang the shower mat to dry? Place the self-adhesive hooks on a clean, dry, and smooth surface, and simply hang the mat on the drain holes. To remove the hooks, gently warm them with a hairdryer and peel them off from one corner. They are reusable.
5. My shower mat has wrinkles - what can I do? After unpacking, it's possible that the shower mat might be a bit "folded." Don't worry! Simply place it in hot water - either in a tub or installed to the shower floor - it will quickly smooth out.
6. Can the mat be used with a drain in the center of the shower? Yes, the extra-large holes allow for optimal water circulation and drainage - regardless of where the drain is located.
7. Is the mat made of? Our mat is made of skin friendly vinyl (PVC) and is regularly tested on-site by a registered testing institute in accordance with Article 59, Paragraph 10 of the REACH Regulation.
8. What do I do, if the hooks are missing in the packaging or a hook is broken? You need to tell us and we will provide a replacement!

Good quality! Durable! You just need to follow instructions to lay it flat. There were bad reviews about the mat not being straight but there was paper instructions. It all worked out! Non slip, durable, keeps clean. I highly recommend!

So far it works well in the fiberglass shower. It suctions well, and stays put. Drains well and I lose lots of hair. It dries well too. It has an adhesive hook, but I hang mine on a pants hanger and hand on the shower rack to finish drying because I always rise and wipe mine off first, then hang. Great value for the money, doesn’t smell , matches my shower perfectly plus, fits in the area nicely.

It would need to be narrower for a standard bathtub. I couldn't use it in our shower because the floor is grouted ceramic tile and the suction cups won't stick.

Content de mon achat, Très bon rapport qualité prix, super produit. Enfin un tapis qui ne glisse pas! L'eau s'évacue très bien.Deux crochets sont vendus avec le tapis pour le suspendre et le faire sécher, donc pas de moisissures. Je le recommande.

We installed this in our shower 10-20-24. This mat is very easy to take off the hooks provided, lay on the floor, it sticks easily, is very soft and comfortable on the feet, easy to pull up, rinse and place on the hooks again. We like this very much and expect it to last for quite a few years!

The only issue is that it doesn't "stick" to the bottom of our shower due to the textured floor surface. However, it doesn't slide around and it has 2 hangers that we put it on after use to help with it not mildewing. I'd buy again

So far I like this shower mat very much. They tell you to wet the shower floor first and then lay down the mat to assure proper and safe adhesion. Feels good when standing on it. The clear color will go with any decor. Comes with adhesive backed hooks (2) to hang it up to dry after use. I really like it so far
