What I disliked was, the product came wrapped into a plastic bag, eight screws loose in the bag, no instructions and no picture of item, and an Amazon sticker thanking me for giving this product a second life; a euphemism, I take it, for a returned and reshipped item, though not repackaged.What I did like was, the assembly, after I had studied it for awhile, was fairly easy, though I did have to access one of those crook-shaped universal screwdrivers I’d received from another order that required assembly to tighten the screws. And once tightened, the rack was fairly stable. I like the look and it will hold my throws and blankets.

We have been traveling for our last few Christmases and renting vacation houses and this works great to hang all our Christmas Stockings from, using S hooks. Super compact for travel. Sturdy enough for a dozen or so full stockings.

looks great, its easy to put together. its not very sturdy so it comes with screws to attach it to the wall, but i dont have kids or pets so i just have it leaning against the wall. i love it

I have wanted one of these that wouldn’t cost and arm and leg and I love this one, holds many blankets and you can stack on each rack and height, quality, look and everything is perfect

Instructions were easy to read. Took me 15 mins or less to put together, unlike ikea furniture. Fits the vibe of my space and holds my blankets.

These ladders are surprising sturdy for their somewhat delicate appearance. They don't take up a lot of wall or floor space. The price was excellent for 2 ladders! I have one in the master bedroom for extra blankets and the other in the family room to hold throws. They really help with the clutter of bulky items. I did not attach either ladder to the wall and have had no problems. The one in the bedroom holds 2 King size quilts, 1 King comforter and a twin size blanket, which is a lot of extra storage! I'm considering buying another set for the guest bedroom and for extra towels in the guest bath.

Does what I need and looks great. It hollow metal so not that sturdy but you anchor to the wall and slide the brackets on. It’s very sturdy after that. Took me a few minutes to assemble. Happy with it!

I received all pieces, however 2 of the B pieces are not tapered at the end so I cannot connect the c pieces, which means I can't assemble this product at all.
